Shipping & Handling

We partner exclusively with Pack & Send for all domestic and international
shipments. Pack & Send specialises in professional art handling and uses individually manufactured cardboard crates or custom boxes specifically designed for the secure transportation of each unique artwork.


Shipping Process:
 

  1. Quote Generation: Following your purchase, we will immediately contact Pack & Send to obtain a precise shipping quotation based on your delivery address and the specific dimensions and weight of the artwork.

  2. Buyer Approval & Payment: We will then email this quote to you for your review and approval. Once you approve the shipping cost, we will send a separate invoice for the shipping fee.

  3. Dispatch: The artwork will be dispatched with Pack & Send only once the separate shipping invoice has been paid in full.


Important Note on International Shipping:
Due to the custom packing and specialised service required for artwork, international shipping costs can be significant. We recommend all international buyers budget accordingly and confirm the shipping quote before finalising their purchase. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions before making your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges


All Sales Are Final (Excluding Damage in Transit)

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once an artwork has been purchased. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork and the specialisation required for safe packaging and shipping, all sales are considered final. We encourage buyers to review all images, dimensions, and details thoroughly before committing to a purchase.

 

Damage In Transit

 

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:
 

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the following:

    • The exterior of the packaging/crate showing the damage.

    • The interior packaging and any visible damage to the materials.

    • The damage to the artwork itself.

  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package at [Your Email Address] with the subject line "DAMAGED ARTWORK - [Your Order Number]". Please attach all photographs.

  3. Resolution: We will handle the full claim with the shipping company (Pack & Send) and will arrange for the return of the damaged work and issue a full refund or credit for the purchase price, including the initial shipping costs.
     

Please Note: Claims cannot be processed if damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim process is complete.
